Sihora Industries IPO Description – Incorporated in 2023, Sihora Industries is a Gujarat-based integrated textile manufacturer specializing in narrow woven fabrics, lace, digitally printed fabrics, woven labels, tapes, zippers, elastics, and other technical textiles for both fashion and industrial applications. The company combines modern technology with traditional craftsmanship and operates on three strategic pillars—brand enablement for apparel clients, proprietary brands, and non-branded bulk manufacturing.
Sihora Industries operates an integrated manufacturing facility in Surat, housing rapier looms, needle looms, electronic jacquard weaving, digital printing (reactive and sublimation), embroidery, dyeing, and finishing processes. For the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 August 2025, the installed capacity for narrow woven fabric—including labels, lace, borders, suits, and dupattas—was 3,27,600 meters, with a utilisation of 2,94,840 meters or 90%. In earlier periods, utilisation improved steadily—from 77% in 2022–23 to 68.19%, 75%, and 83.33% in subsequent terms—reaching its highest level of 90% in the latest period.
As on 31 July 2025, the company had 67 employees.
