Business description – Shreeshay Engineers is a real estate construction and engineering focused solutions company. The company has developed around 90,000 sq. ft. of built up real estate vide project(s) named “Kailas Jyoti I” and “Kailas Jyoti II” at Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Over the last few years; the company has been realigning its business policies and has increased its focus towards becoming the EPC arm of the group; with a view to develop a strong execution track record and goodwill in this segment. The company intends to leverage its management capabilities as well as group goodwill and become a real estate focused EPC player who can become a strong financing as well as technical partner to real estate developers hence allowing them to concentrate on core capabilities such as sales, liasoning, land acquisitions etc.
