Star Imaging IPO description – Established in 2004, Star Imaging & Path Lab is a leading NABL-accredited diagnostic service provider in India, operating across Delhi (B2C, B2B, B2G), Uttar Pradesh (B2G), and Nasik (B2G). Originating in 1978 as Janta X-Ray Clinic, the company has grown from offering basic X-rays and pathology tests to delivering a full suite of advanced diagnostic services under one roof, including radiology, pathology, cardiology, and neurology.
With a workforce of 211 full-time employees as of 31 March 2025, Star Imaging offers a wide range of diagnostic services, such as digital X-rays (Allengers 525R SR, AGFA CR 85-X), mammography (Fujifilm AMULET), CT scans (GE Optima CT660), 4D/5D ultrasound (Samsung 5D V6), BMD (GE DEXA), and dental OPG (Cone Beam). The company also operates a central tele-radiology hub for remote diagnostics, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
In the pathology domain, its services include biochemistry, hematology, histopathology, cytopathology, microbiology, and immunology.
