Suba Hotels IPO description – Suba Hotels is India’s largest domestic hotel chain, operating 88 hotels across 50 cities as of July 2024. The majority of these hotels are located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The company also has 40 hotels in the pre-opening phase, offering superior service standards at competitive prices.
Suba Hotels operates under various business models, including owned, managed, revenue-sharing leased, and franchised properties. Its brand portfolio includes Suba and Clarion, which are premium hotel chains, while Click Hotels, Quality, and GenX cater to the midscale segment. Comfort and RnB fall under the economy category.
As of 31 July 2025, the company’s portfolio comprises 5 owned hotels, 19 managed properties, 16 operating on a revenue-sharing or lease basis, and 48 franchised hotels. Currently, Suba Hotels employs 689 full-time staff.
