Systematic Industries IPO Description – Incorporated in 2000, Systematic Industries is a global leader in wire transformation and coatings, growing from 3,600 MT to 1,00,000 MT of steel wire production per annum. Serving industries like Power & Transmission, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Telecom, and Automobile. The company offers a diverse product range, including steel wires, Aluminium-clad steel wires, Optical Ground Wires (OPGW), and Optical Fiber Cables (OFC) under the brand Durafiber.
These plants are equipped with advanced wire drawing machines, galvanizing units, fiber coloring systems, stranding and sheathing lines, and NABL-accredited testing facilities. The company has built a strong domestic presence, supplying products across 25 states and UTs in India, and exports to 30+ countries including Sri Lanka, Japan, Canada, and Brazil.
As of 31 July 2025, the company employed 413 personnel. In FY 2024–25, the company reported revenues of INR 446.51 crore, with domestic sales contributing 92.85% and exports 7.15%.
