Tipco Engineering IPO Description – Established in 2021, Tipco Engineering India is a fast-growing industrial machinery manufacturer specializing in advanced milling, dispersion, and homogenization technologies. The company’s product portfolio covers a comprehensive range of industrial equipment, including bead mills (batch, lab, horizontal, vertical, ceramic, tungsten carbide pin-type, disc-type, dyno-type), dispersers (high-speed, twin-shaft, triple-shaft, vacuum, platform type), homogenizers (in-tank and in-line), liquid-powder mixing machines, pug mills, attritor mills, basket mills, and sigma mixers.
The company has two manufacturing facilities located in Sonepat, Haryana, the company conducts the majority of its fabrication and assembly activities in-house with a skilled technical workforce and engineers. As of 31 December 2025, the company have employed 96 personnel.
