Transrail’s fresh orders lift FY26 inflows beyond INR 5,110 crore; L1 pipeline over INR 2,000 crore
Transrail Lighting, on Monday, 8 August 2025, said it has bagged new orders aggregating INR 822 crore, anchored by a major turnkey EPC contract for a 400 kV transmission line in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, adding that additional wins came from its Civil as well as Poles & Lighting businesses.

Transrail Lighting: Order Wins & Pipeline
According to Transrail Lighting, the fresh orders push the company’s cumulative order inflows in FY26 to more than INR 5,110 crore, underscoring a robust intake and a diversified order book. The company further stated it holds L1 status on bids exceeding INR 2,000 crore, providing visibility on near-term conversions and execution pipelines for the remainder of FY26.
“These new order wins mark another milestone for Transrail as we enter a new geography in the GCC region with a significant turnkey EPC project for a 400 kV transmission line,” Randeep Narang, MD & CEO. He added that with FY26 inflows now above INR 5,110 crore and an L1 pipeline of over INR 2,000 crore, the company is “well-positioned to sustain growth momentum” in orders and execution.
Transrail’s GCC Order: International Push with 400 kV Line
Transrail said the marquee international award is for a turnkey EPC package, signalling a scale-up of its overseas transmission portfolio. The company noted that the GCC entry complements its ongoing work across multiple verticals at home and abroad, and helps de-risk the order book through geographic diversification. The additional contracts in Civil and Poles & Lighting, it said, add breadth to the mix, balancing long-cycle T&D with relatively faster-executing segments.
Business Mix & Capabilities
The company described itself as a leading turnkey EPC player in Power Transmission & Distribution with diversified operations spanning Civil Construction, Railways, Poles & Lighting, and Solar EPC. Transrail operates large-scale manufacturing facilities in India for galvanised lattice towers, overhead conductors and galvanised monopoles, and runs a tower testing facility. It said it has a footprint in 60 countries across five continents and employs more than 2,400 people.
Outlook
While the company did not disclose execution timelines or client names for the new projects, management indicated that a strong inflow trajectory and L1 pipeline support growth prospects in FY26. Conversion of the L1 orders and timely execution of the GCC project will be key variables for revenue recognition and margin delivery, according to the communication.
