Travels and Rentals IPO description – Travels & Rentals has been a franchisee of Lufthansa City Center International GmbH (LCCI) since 2010, operating under the name “Business Plus Lufthansa City Center” in India since 2013. LCCI boasts a global network of travel agency franchises in 580 locations across 105 countries. As a franchisee of Lufthansa City Center, the company is authorized to utilize the brand name for its business activities. Recently, the company has also signed a Sales and Marketing Agreement with Group Voyagers Inc., known for the trade names Globus, Cosmos, and Avalon Waterways (“Globus family of brands”), to sell their travel products in India.
Travels & Rentals provides a wide range of travel-related products and services, including airline tickets, hotels, packages, and rail tickets, as well as additional services like travel insurance, passport & visa processing, and tickets for activities and attractions. They are accredited by IATA, recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, and the Government of India, and are members of TAAI and IATO.
The key services offered by the company include Travel Planning & Support, Travel Account Management, Visa, Passport, and other documentation services, MIS Reporting, APAC & MEA Hub Services, VIP Travel Services, 24/7 Travel Support, and Post Travel Analysis and Reporting.
