Valplast Technologies IPO Description – Incorporated in 2014, Valplast Technologies is a civil engineering and construction company specializing in structural waterproofing systems, injection grouting solutions, and infrastructure development. With operations spanning across 9 Indian states, the company has successfully completed over 40 projects in sectors such as Defense, Railways, Roads, and Civil Structures. Its expertise lies in providing turnkey solutions for complex underground and above-ground structures, including tunnels, landfills, dams, canals, reservoirs, and buildings.
The company offer a comprehensive range of services including tunnel construction, precast concrete fabrication and installation, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works, slope stabilization, and retaining wall construction. Its waterproofing and injection grouting solutions are tailored to meet diverse project requirements, utilizing advanced materials like PVC and HDPE geomembranes, cementitious coatings, and polyurethane grouts. As of 31 July 2025, the company has employed 117 permanent employees.
