VVIP Infratech IPO description – VVIP Infratech is a leading infrastructure company in India. The company is a Class “A” Civil and Electrical contractor having over two decades of experience in the field of execution and construction of infrastructure projects such as Sewer, Sewer Treatment Plants, Water Tanks, Water Treatment Plants, Sector Development work, Electrical Distribution, and Sub Stations up to 33 kVA, Jal Jeewan Mission work etc.
VVIP Infratech is primarily engaged in projects across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, NCR Delhi, and other parts of northern India. The company is poised to play a pivotal role in the development of India’s infrastructure sector, especially in the area of Sewer Treatment Plants (STPs). As of 31 January 2024, VVIP Infratech boasts an impressive order book totaling INR 477.62 crores, with INR 126.19 crores dedicated to Operation and Maintenance (O&M). Additionally, the company has submitted bids amounting to INR 182 crores for tenders in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, which are currently under review.
The company owns 90.02% shareholding in its subsidiary company namely “Vibhor Vaibhav Infrahome” (VVIHPL). As of 30 September 2023, the company employed 466 individuals.
