Zen Technologies showcased three key defence systems:

  1. Vyomkavach: AI-Driven Anti-Drone System
    • Designed for real-time detection and neutralization of rogue drones, including high-threat UAVs like the Bayraktar TB2.
    • Integrated with advanced sensors, electronic jammers, and kinetic interceptors.
    • Functions as an aerial protection shield to safeguard critical assets.
  2. Four-Barrel Rotary Machine Gun (12.7 x 99 mm)
    • Engineered for high-intensity combat and anti-drone applications.
    • Capable of firing up to 3,500 rounds per minute, with a variable rate of fire as low as 900 rounds per minute for ammunition optimization.
    • Compact and compatible with 12.7 x 99 mm NATO ammunition.
  3. Twin-Barrel Autocannon for Combat Helicopters
    • An advanced turreted 20 mm system designed to enhance the strike capability of combat helicopters.
    • Features superior stabilization and high-accuracy targeting, making it effective in dynamic battle environments.

Zen Technologies Inks MoU with TXT Group

During Aero India 2025, Zen Technologies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TXT e-Tech and PACE, subsidiaries of the globally renowned TXT Group. This strategic partnership aims to enhance pilot training and simulation solutions by integrating Zen Technologies’ expertise with TXT Group’s aerospace and defence technology innovations.

Key Aspects of the MoU:

  • Development of advanced pilot training simulators, including Part Task Trainers, Full Flight Simulators, and Full Mission Simulators.
  • Integration of Zen’s display projection, digital imagery, electronics, and system integration capabilities with TXT e-Tech’s expertise in software solutions for aircraft simulation.
  • Focus on delivering cost-effective and high-quality military aviation training solutions.

Zen Technologies is actively expanding its footprint beyond India, targeting Europe and the United States for exports. With India’s recent restrictions on defence imports from China, Zen’s indigenous drone and anti-drone systems have gained a strategic advantage. Launch of Airborne Killer Drone

  • Net Sales: Increased by 101% to INR 439.85 crore.
  • Net Profit: Increased by 159.2% to INR 129.05 crore.
