It primarily operates in the four business verticals: 1. Gold loan, 2. Micro, small, and medium enterprise loans, 3. Personal loan, and 4. Microfinance loans to women customers. As of 31 March 2023, its total AUM stood at INR 1,460.33 crore.
As of 30 June 2023, the company operates through 684 branches across six states namely Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

- Gold Loans: Loans against pledging of household gold jewelry by individuals.
