Headquartered in Delhi with branch offices in Bengaluru and Assam, the company employs 85 permanent staff and operates warehouses in Delhi, Manesar, and Bhiwandi, along with a service centre in Delhi. Its core services encompass end-to-end AV integration—design, installation, programming, and on-site/cloud support—catering to corporate boardrooms, retail digital branding, advertising, education, government, and more.
The company also distributes a wide range of PRO AV products, including LED screens, professional displays, ESLs, conferencing equipment, UC devices, and hearing aids, with BIS licensing for Behind the Ear (BTE) Hearing Aid (IS 16127:2013) obtained in 2023. Purple Wave Infocom’s offerings include value-added services such as content management through its SaaS-based “Streampurple” platform, live streaming, and AMCs for AV infrastructure maintenance.
The company serves customers across India and exports to Singapore, the Maldives, Qatar, and Bangladesh, strategically diversifying its domestic and international market base while driving digital transformation in AdTech, EdTech, UC, and AV automation sectors.
