Neochem Bio Solutions IPO Description –Incorporated in 2017, Neochem Bio Solutions is a specialty performance chemical manufacturer with a legacy of over four decades, offering more than 350 customized formulations across four primary segments: Polymers, Surfactants, Silicones, and Esters & Bio-based sustainable solutions. Its products cater to diverse industries, including textiles & garment washing, home & personal care (HPC), institutional and industrial cleaning, water treatment, paints & coatings, paper & pulp, construction, rubber, and dyes & pigments.
The company operates a partially automated manufacturing facility at Moraiya, Ahmedabad, with an installed capacity of 22,000 metric tons per annum and a warehousing capacity of 1,350 MT it is also a zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) company, emphasizing sustainable operations.
On the commercial front, the company distributes through a network of 50+ pan-India distributors and serves international customers across 12 countries. In Fiscal 2025, the company catered to 227 domestic customers and over 16 international clients.
