Neptune Logitek IPO Description – Incorporated in 2012, Neptune Logitek has evolved into a prominent integrated logistics company in India. The company today operates with over 13 years of operational experience and a strong pan-India presence supported by its head office and 9 strategically located branch offices. The company offers comprehensive logistics solutions across five primary business verticals: Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance (Import & Export), Air Freight (including courier services), Door-to-Door Multimodal Coastal Forwarding, Road Transportation, and Rail Transportation.
Neptune Logitek operates on an asset-based business model, maintaining a fleet of 192 owned trucks as of 31 August 2025. To optimize operations, it also runs a captive petrol pump with a storage capacity of 60 kilolitres, licensed by PESO. Operational scale has consistently expanded, demonstrated by the 55,416 containers handled in FY 2025. The customer base grew from 1,762 in FY 2023 to 2,185 in FY 2025, showcasing strong market acceptance of its integrated services.
As of 31 August 2025, Neptune Logitek had a total of 96 employees.
