Global Pet IPO description – Incorporated in 2013, Global Pet Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing automatic and semi-automatic pet machines and spare components and accessories of such machines.

The company has two manufacturing facilities in Palghar, Maharashtra. Global Pet Industries has two business divisions (i) domestic sales; and (ii) exports. It has a presence in 19 states for its domestic market based on sales made for the period ended 31 December 2022.

Internationally, it supplies products in 19 countries including Cameroon, Central African Republic, Ghana, Haiti, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Nepal, Qatar, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, UAE, Uganda, Liberia, United States of America, Bhutan, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

For the period ended 31 December 2022 and for the FY 2022, 2021, and 2020 its revenue from exports was INR 5.57 crore, INR 10.01 crore, INR 4.62 crore, and INR 5.23 crore, respectively which contributed 24.75%, 36.23%, 20.50% and 26.52% respectively of its revenue from operations.
