Indifra IPO description – Indifra serves various gas distribution companies in the effective management of their distribution pipelines. Within this sector, the company previously served Adani Gas. As of December 2023, Indifra provides gas pipeline management services to Charotar Gas Sahakari Mandali Limited (CGSML).

In 2022, the company initiated gas pipeline management services in collaboration with CGSML, a leading gas distribution company and the world’s first cooperative Natural Gas Provider. The aim was to join forces and offer comprehensive gas pipeline management services in the Charotar region of Gujarat.

As of 30 June 2023, Indifra has a total of 11 employees. The company has two business verticals:

• Pipeline and Infrastructure Management Contracting Services;
• Distribution of electrical appliances.

Indifra also offers a range of products, including voltage stabilizers, induction cooktops, inverters, batteries, ceiling fans, domestic switch gears and distribution boards (DBs), air coolers, water heaters, modular switches, solar water heaters, air source heat pump water heaters, energy-efficient fans, and room heaters.
