NFP Sampoorna IPO Description – NFP Sampoorna Foods is an India-based food processing and trading company engaged in the procurement, processing, grading, packaging, marketing, and distribution of dry fruits, primarily cashews, makhana (fox nuts), almonds, and walnuts. Incorporated in December 2023 following the conversion of a long-standing partnership firm, the company has rapidly scaled its operations through capacity expansion and strategic consolidation, including the acquisition of Yashvardhan Food Industries as a wholly owned subsidiary in June 2025.
The company operates an integrated processing facility at the RIICO Industrial Area, Rajasthan, equipped with modern machinery for cleaning, grading, boiling, drying, sorting, and packaging. Raw cashew nuts are sourced directly from African farms and domestic importers, makhana from farmer groups in Bihar, almonds through licensed importers in Delhi NCR, and walnuts from wholesale markets for institutional and B2G supply.
The business remains predominantly B2B-led (over 95% of revenue), with limited but growing B2C presence via e-commerce platforms. Geographically, revenues are concentrated in Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Haryana, and high-sea sales. As of 30 November 2025, the company has a total strength of 140 employees in various departments.
