United Heat Transfer IPO description – United Heat Transfer manufactures a range of shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and process flow skid equipment. These critical components are used in petrol and diesel engines, railway engines, maritime engines, cruise and cargo ships, ferries, pleasure boats, marine diesel, mining trucks, megayachts, heavy engines, fishing boats, heavy trucks, freighters, trawlers, heavy haulages, power gen sets, supertankers, off-highway engines, and more.
The company extends its expertise to the growing national and multinational OEM industry for heat exchangers, moisture separators, pressure vessels, and process flow skids. It manufactures heat transfer equipment according to TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) standards, ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and Div. 2 (unfired pressure vessels), API 660, 661, and NES standards.
The company operates two advanced manufacturing facilities located in Nashik. As of 31 March 2024, the company employs approximately 102 people at various levels within the organization.
