CTSIL was delisted from the Indian Stock Exchanges in 2008 and has over 13,000 shareholders with revenue of more than INR 12,500 crores (Standalone).

Key Highlights – FY 2023 – 24
- The total revenue for FY 2023-24 was INR 28,749.7 crore. That’s a 1.09% drop from the INR 29,066.7 crore we saw in FY 2022-23.
- Profit for the year came in at INR 3,245.9 crore, down 0.94% from the INR 3,276.6 crore in FY 2022-23.
- EBITDA, however, showed a healthy increase to INR 5,200 crores in FY 2023-24, up from INR 4,503 crores the previous year.
- The board recommended a dividend of INR 760 per equity share. That would translate to an estimated outlay of INR 4,504.6 crore.
- Workforce strength reached 1,65,762 employees by the end of the financial year, with a continued focus on training and development.
