Yaap Digital IPO Description – Established in 2016, Yaap Digital is a digital marketing, content, and technology services company focused on building meaningful connections with today’s digital-first consumers. The company operates across India, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, supported by a workforce of over 100 professionals. YAAP’s business model is structured around three strategic pillars — Content, Data, and Technology — enabling a unified ecosystem of services. Its offerings span influencer marketing, content creation, performance media, UI/UX design, media buying, brand identity, packaging design, and analytics.
A strong differentiator is its database of 3,000+ influencers and in-house mobile-first content production capabilities, particularly short-form video, catering to India’s 25 crore+ monthly short-video users. It’s 3D Philosophy — Design, Discovery, and Distribution — allows clients to benefit from end-to-end campaign execution under one roof with a single point of accountability.
The company has executed impactful campaigns such as a destination marketing initiative for a North-Eastern Indian state, which generated 1M+ views in two weeks; a global retail festival collaboration with 100+ creators from 20+ countries, yielding 3,500+ content pieces; and a sustainability-led campaign for a luxury hotel group that produced 90+ videos and delivered 100M+ impressions. Ace investors Mukul Agrawa’s Intelliquity Ventures LLP and Sunil Singhania’s India Ahead Venture Fund have picked up minority stakes in YAAP Digital. Each has acquired 7,20,400 shares in YAAP Digital pre-IPO round, translating to about a 4.68% stake each; together, they now hold roughly a 9.36% stake. As of 31 December 2025, Yaap Digital employs 108 full-time employees.
