Key Highlights FY 2024 – 25
- In FY 2024-25, HDB added 3.7 million customers and saw an 8.6% YoY rise in disbursements, driven by strong MSME and retail demand. Net profit stood at INR 2,176 crore with a GS3 ratio of 2.26%.
- The net profit of HDB Financial Services went down by 11.58% to INR 2,175.92 crore in FY 2025 as against INR 2,460.84 crore in FY 2024.
- Sales rose 15.02% to INR 16,300.28 crore in FY 2025 as against INR 14,171.1 crore in FY 2024.
- As of 31 March 2025, 1.34 million customer queries were resolved entirely online.
- In FY 2024-25, HDB Financial Total Gross Loan Book rose to INR 1,06,877.6 crore, up from INR 90,217.93 crore in FY 2023-24, marking a year-on-year growth of 18.47%
- In FY 2024-25, revenue from the company’s lending business rose to INR 15,083.62 crore from INR 12,221.57 crore in FY 2023-24, driven by growth in assets under management. Meanwhile, revenue from the BPO services division declined to INR 1,216.66 crore from INR 1,949.55 crore in the previous year.

HDB Financial Services was trading at a high of INR 1,200 per share before COVID-19 but corrected a lot after the pandemic.
