Maxposure IPO description – Maxposure is a modern and diverse media and entertainment company that provides comprehensive services across various distribution platforms. Focused on tailored solutions, the foundation of Maxposure rests on four key pillars: Inflight Entertainment, Content Marketing, Technology, and Advertising.
The company’s laboratory facility in Mumbai provides a variety of services, such as personalized editing, metadata creation, duplication, audio enhancement, and encoding/transcoding in any format for all systems. Additionally, it offers post-production services. As of 31 October 2023, the company employs 81 individuals on its payroll.
The company boasts an extensive sales network across India and has established offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. Beyond India, Maxposure has successfully initiated and managed projects in the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East. Notable ventures include collaborations with Gulf Air (Kingdom of Bahrain), Air Arabia (Sharjah), VFS (UAE), and Jazeera Airways (Kuwait), among others.
As of 30 September 2023, and FY 2023, 2022, and 2021, revenues from domestic operations contributed INR 17.26 crore, INR 28.35 crore, INR 28.16 crore, and INR 19.41 crore, respectively. Simultaneously, revenues from international operations contributed INR 2.90 crore, INR 3.44 crore, INR 4.52 crore, and INR 0.75 crore, respectively.
