Sameera Agro IPO description – Sameera Agro and Infra is engaged in diverse infrastructure development and the construction of Residential and Commercial spaces, Apartments, Townships, Multi-storied complexes, Gated communities, Landscapes, Bridges, Flyovers, Subways, Alleys, Industrial parks, as well as the installation of Water pipelines, Gas pipelines, and other associated projects.

Sameera Agro and Infra currently operates manufacturing and processing units under lease agreements near Hyderabad, providing accessibility to all three states: Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Additionally, the company is actively pursuing the acquisition of processing mills on a lease basis in Guntur and Rajahmundry, located in Andhra Pradesh.

During the latest financial year, the company received 37.17% of its revenues from the Infrastructure industry and 62.83% from the Agriculture industry. As of 30 September 2023, Sameera Agro employs 18 full-time personnel.
