CBC Pharma IPO description – CBC Pharma is engaged in the business of marketing pharmaceutical critical care & health care products. It has obtained necessary approvals from FDA for getting the formulations manufactured from contract manufacturers on Loan license or on principle to principle basis.

At present, it has a wide range of products portfolio of pharmaceutical formulation including IV & IM range injections, few tablets to cater the domestic & export markets. The company has established presence in major therapeutic categories for formulations such as Anti-cancer (Oncology), Antibiotics, Anesthesia, Hormones, Orthopedic, Cardiac, Cardiovascular, Anti-fungal, Antiviral, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology etc. It is also engaged in promoting and marketing of Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API’s) in India.

Its core strength lies in marketing & also getting its approved formulation manufactured through Contract Manufacturers and marketing of therapeutic formulations under its own brand and trading of various API’s, which it commercializes through marketing network across geographies and by developing relationships with pharmaceutical companies of different sizes.
