Its projects cater to the middle income and high income group. Within these segments, the company focuses on residential villas and apartment development projects.
Its residential villas and apartments portfolio consists of various types of accommodation of varying sizes. Its residential buildings and villas are designed with a variety of amenities such as security systems, sports and recreational facilities, play areas and electricity back-up. As on the filing of red herring prospectus, the company has completed 7 residential and commercial projects while 2 commercial projects are expected to be completed in 2023.
