IBL Finance IPO description – IBL Finance is a modern, fintech-driven financial services platform that harnesses the power of technology and data science to streamline and simplify the lending process, making it quick and hassle-free.

The company introduced its mobile app-based personal loans business, operating under the brand ‘IBL: Instant Personal Loan.’ In the realm of personal loan lending, IBL Finance offers immediate personal loans, ranging up to INR 50,000, with flexible tenors of up to 12 months. The entire process is conducted exclusively through a digital mobile app, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. During the FY 2023, IBL Finance had 27,969 average monthly active users (‘MAU’) and 3,81,156 total logins, on the IBL: Instant Personal Loan App.

Since its inception and until 31 March 2023, IBL Finance has facilitated 163,282 personal loans, totaling INR 71.05 crore. As of 31 March 2023, the personal loan business boasts Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 14.61 crore, having disbursed 122,078 personal loans amounting to INR 52.35 crore. The average ticket size for these loans is approximately INR 4,500, and the average outstanding tenor at the close of Fiscal 2023 is 5 months.
