TAC Infosec IPO description – TAC Infosec specializes in offering risk-based vulnerability management and assessment solutions and cybersecurity quantification and penetration testing services to organizations of all sizes and scopes through a ‘SaaS model’. The company provides security software products and solutions domestically in India and internationally.
The company’s end customers include banks and financial institutions, government regulatory bodies and departments, and large-scale enterprises such as HDFC, Bandhan Bank, BSE, National Payments Corporation of India, DSP Investment Managers Private Limited, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, and NSDL e-Governance.
Its flagship software product is ESOF (Enterprise Security in One Framework), which was launched in 2018. As of 30 September 2023, TAC Infosec had 56 employees, out of which 33 were part of its Operational and Product Development team.
Trishneet Arora, the founder of TAC Infosec, owns 54.02% of the shares. Accompanying him is ace investor Vijay Kedia who controls 10.95% stake while his son Ankit Kedia holds 3.65% shares in the company.
