K2 Infragen IPO description – K2 Infragen is an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in Power Engineering and Project Engineering. It has extensive experience in the design and construction of various projects across 8 States in India, namely Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana, Gujarat, Punjab, and Delhi. The company was formerly known as K2 Powergen Private Limited.
The company offers its services across the entire value chain, encompassing design, procurement, construction supervision, subcontract management, work order management, and post-construction activities for its clients. As of 31 October 2023, the company’s equipment base consisted of over 13 Construction & Mining Machinery and 24 vehicles. The business is broadly divided into the following two categories:
- Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
Contract Business: This category encompasses water supply projects, railroad projects, road construction projects, and civil construction work.
Service Business: This category includes planning work, surveying, project management, and quality supervision. - Trading Business: This category involves the procurement and trading of materials such as non-ferrous metals on the open market through auction procedures.
