Yudiz Solutions IPO description – Yudiz Solutions is engaged into the business of providing IT solutions and consultancy focused on providing scalable and secure solutions. It is an ISO 9001:2015 certified IT development company that offers web, mobile, game and blockchain solutions for business.
Its corporate promoter, Ability Games Limited is involved in the business of online fantasy gaming and innovative gaming products, which also includes the designing and development of software related to games; and deployment and maintenance of online gaming websites related to games of skills. As a subsidiary of Ability Games Limited, Yudiz Solutions enjoys certain synergistic benefits in terms of providing games, mobile and web development services.
The company also offers services related to Designing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Quality Assurance, DevOps, White Label Product Development, Consulting. Majority of its revenues (34.82%) comes from India, while North America and Europe are other important markets with revenue contribution of 23.19% and 17.12%, respectively.
