Affle IPO

Affle IPOAffle IPO description – Affle India is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that delivers consumer acquisitions, engagements and transactions through relevant mobile advertising. The Consumer Platform aims to enhance returns on marketing spend through delivering contextual mobile ads and reducing digital ad fraud, while proactively addressing consumer privacy expectations. As at 31 March 2018, the company had approximately 1.18 billion consumer profiles and had accumulated over 140 billion data points over the preceding 12 months, powering its prediction and recommendation algorithm. Its Consumer Platform is used by business to consumer (B2C) companies across industries, including e-commerce, fin-tech, telecom, media, retail and FMCG companies, both directly and indirectly through their advertising agencies.

Affle utilizes user-intent indicators derived from behavioural signals, marketing attribution and transactional data, which are received in real time and accumulated over time, which increases its ability to predict a user’s likely interests. The company enhances its customers’ ad content with rich media experiences, including interactive videos, games and augmented reality. This paired with data-centric scientific targeting and retargeting enables a higher likelihood of consumer engagement, such as downloading an App or completing a transaction.

  1. The offer price does not leave anything on the table for the investor. It may though open at a premium to issue price, but let big players decide that. Small investor should keep away. Watch company ‘s working in future and then enter through secondary market, if valuation support then.

  2. I see lot of negativity around this but people need to understand this is a high growth story. Future advertising will be driven by digital channels only so these players will surely benefit.

It is a subscribe for me! PE ratio of 35 is not expensive for a high growth company. Last year bankers were dumping IPOs at PE ratio of 50-60.
